Your're kidding, right?
This whole thing started with your complaint that you got strange results
trying to download that templates.odt file which MS XP and MS IE changed to
a zip.

If your issue is with an ODT file see if you can add the web site to your
trusted sites and/or make MS software aware that you trust the ODT file
extension.

As shared in other email, if you can't find anything on MS own site, Google.
