I see CC has an Acer & a Toshiba for $699 after a $100 MIR & they both

in the past & would buy another.
My neighbor got a low-priced Toshiba Satellite. Beautiful screen. Slow
as all get out!
Someone told me that the Celeron processor is a tad on the slow side.
