I completed the Slipstream XP Pro Upgrade CD and started the computer
with it and it works but
I could not start a repair install to check files.
When I tried to make a Barts PE with it I got 46 build errors, by
changeing or eliminating plugins
it was reduced to 4 errors, all in the i386 file. Error message says
they can't be found, could
they be missing, if so how do I replace them?

to do this. The computer is at SP2 with all patches installed.
If I have to reinstall this mess again I would like to get it done in
