How much switching are we talking about? You may be able to open up
3 vnc connections with 1 for each user but I sincerely doubt that
you'll be able to open one connection & leave that open while switching users.
What version are you using? It probably doesn't matter as this is

For each user session you switch to, a seperate winvnc server is
started on the next port.
User session A on 5900, after user switch, viewer get black.
User session B on 5901 gets active, after switching back to session A,
first user session viewer get back active
FWIW I'm running v1.0.1 & there is no further mention of fast user switching.
