It's a known issue with UltraVNC Server running as a system service. The FAQ says you can get around it by running the Server in user mode instead, but I haven't tried it. I think that also disables some of the security, like preventing the user from disabling the Server. That would defeat my purposes since I use it to monitor the kids from time to time. So, I've just trained them to always log off when they are done and if they don't they get threatened with loss of access. YMMV. Hopefully it will be corrected in a subsequent release because I really like the software otherwise.
