Then it's really not clear to me why or exactly what duplication you are
seeing.

I advised you on another issue to get the software up to date with SP's via
Office Update site.  Has that been done?

Perhaps you could take a screen shot and post the picture somewhere.  If you
don't have free web space with your ISP, check out freespaces.com.  In case
you don't know, screen shot is

PrtSc - copies entire screen to paste buffer
Alt-PrtSc - copies active window to paste buffer

Then just paste into a graphics program and save a .jpg or .gif of it.
