I recall, quite vaguely, that there was a file used by Outlook 97,
possibly OL 2000 as well, that if corrupted would cause printing issues.
The fix was to rename or delete this file which would be recreated next
time OL started up.
I thought the name was some form of "outprn" or "outlib" but I am not
finding anything that rings a bell or fits my ancient gray matter.
One of the symptoms is incomplete printing of name information or header,
but the email body prints normally.
Does anyone recall something along this line?
