When I opened the message, I found that Wayne Johnson had written:

I could have sworn that you said that neither the 8100 or the 6100 was
on the list of the ones what would work. This was right after I posted
that the cables were interchangable.

When I can get hold of a manager, I do believe them. The one today
even called my local store to see if they had a certain phone and MOK
that they would hold for me.
As a rule, if any CS rep tells me it's raining, I'll go out and look. If it is
raining, I'll believe them..........after I actually touch it and get wet
<smile>.
