If this test rig does not perform P.O.S.T. I know it is the
motherboard and not the CPU. Moving the CPU to an operative
motherboard has always worked. I know that one day my very first
defective Intel may burn up a new motherboard. Until that day
comes, I play my hand and take my chances.
I've never had a defective AMD cpu burn up a new motherboard either
but at least I tried them before I started screaming Intel from the roof tops.
