Wayne, could you perhaps expand on your suggestion a bit given that I am using
Agent (if I recall correctly you are a beta tester for Forte Agent) which offers
the option to Skip Messages longer than 24k, Max lines to sample 20 (default
numbers). Another option is to remove attachments from messages after saving.
Will your limit suggestion work by accepting the Agent options to Skip...
sample?
I'm wondering whether 24k is enough - I'm guessing this includes the full size
of
the message, attachment included and whether 20 lines are enough - I'm guessing
this is for a very long message. Do you use the Agent defaults. Yes / No would
