Hi, I had tried organising program shortcuts into different groups when I used to use Windows 95. At that time, I found that when I would uninstall program, its shortcut would not get removed. However, if I left its shortcut in its default location, the shortcut would get removed. I do not know if this is true for Windows 98 and above.

Ummm...so I could delete most of the shortcuts on the All Programs list as long as I could add some new folders to it, and the folders would contain the shortcuts? Where is the All Programs list stored?? Thanks. -- ---------------------------------------- The WIN-HOME mailing list is powered by L-Soft's renowned LISTSERV(R) list management software.
