in the mail app you mean? It's fixed by the app (AOL Communicator). The
colour scheme for the start button, taskbar etc is a theme, GraphiteD,
and the folder/icon enhancements are an icon package called "artwork"
applied with Stardock's Icon Packager. The full desktop is
