These memory tests only work under "static" conditions...
(In that I mean not in a fully "working" envrionment...)

I had a stick of RAM with physical damage. 20 or so
de-coupling caps were knocked off by a faulty heat sink
installation (BY OTHERS)...
The RAM checked out fine, and Windows "might have"
even worked, but I passed on that stick, even though it
tested fine...
