The mb does have the Dual Channel setup. By using 3 dimms, Dual
Channel mode is defeated. Spending some time studying up on
Dual Channel memory might do some good.
BTW the slots are Dimm_A1 (Blue), Dimm_A2 (Black), Dimm_B1
(Blue), Dimm_B2 (Black).

color hints and reminders are for Dual Channel mode, something
it appears you have no clue about.

Pairs are required for Dual Channel mode. BTW the blue slots do
not *HAVE* to be used first. You could remove the stick in slot
3 (leaving sticks in Slot 1 and 2). You could even use slot 3
and 4 only. But since you RTFMed, might as well follow the FM.
