At home I use IE 7 Beta 2 which has an RSS reader built-in. ;)

Does it have an aggregator? My browser has two different RSS _readers_ it supports, but I find a _reader_ almost completely useless. An _aggregator_ keeps track of what you've seen and what you haven't, so that you're only notified of new items, rather than being given "all of the recent stuff" and you have to figure out what's new and what's not...

The google reader does. You can set it up to show only new unread items. You can even go back and retrieve read items if you want.
