I've done that, actually, and it does work well.  Problem is that in 
[EMAIL PROTECTED]@[EMAIL PROTECTED] XP/Home there *is*no* security tab, so you 
need to do 
security stuff [at best] from the command line.  What I've done, which is 
a PITA, is to boot into SAFE mode and in SAFE mode you _do_ get the 
security tab back, but not in normal mode.  What a stupid decision [it'd 
be one thing to make that be the 'default' for XP/Home, but you'd think 
they'd have left a registry key or something to override that for home-
users-with-a-clue.

On the other hand, I haven't tried it but as per the suggestion yesterday 
GIYF and I have this:

That, along with fileacls, should make messing with this stuff a bit less 
painful..
