I have a harddisk with a cloned system. C:\ is the system drive (WinXP), D:\
has the swap file, E:\ Data, etc., etc...

I used Acronis Disk Director 9 to copy the partitions from a good system -
copied because a regular cloning failed - and something went wrong because the
C:\ drive was copied as a logical instead of a primary partition, and I can't
boot or even set it as the active partition.

I can't see that it can be done with fdisk and Acronis doesn't give me the
option to change from a logical to a primary.

Do you know of a way to accomplish this?
