it shoulsn't have replaced the contacts, but if it made a new profile, it is
using a different pst. Did you search for psts on your hard drive? You might
have multiple ones at C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local
Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook - the old one and the new ones.
