What happens if you do a shutdown from safe mode? Are all drivers in device
manager OK? James :-)

Computer. On my desktop there is maybe a 5 sec pause or so and the "3
button
window" pops up (Restart, Standby/Hibernate, Shut down)
However on my laptop, it takes 2-3 minutes for this to pop up.
