Wait till you get corrosion on the mainboard caused by condensation 
between the foam and it !

FWIW I have just returned a case of twenty mainboards for just this 
problem !  In this instance I would guess that the boards have not been 
dried properly prior to placing them into metallised anti static bags.  
The disty is not a happy chappy, since he has to sort the problem with 
the manufacturer!!!

This is the sort of stuff that ends up being sold at computer fairs, car 
boot markets and so forth ! 

Did I mention quality control problems ! ;-)
