Check in Photoshop how many pixels per inch it is using
in both cases. Also, double check the dimension of each
photograph in pixels. If the 5Mp photo does have 1.25x more
pixels, and if Photoshop is using the same pixels/inch value,
then yes, the 5Mp picture should be larger.
