Since I don't own a DVD burner, I've been using the following
procedure for my Vista installations:
The downloaded file is in a .ISO format. Install Daemon Tools
(a virtual DVD drive) on your XP partition. Mount the down-
loaded file on the DT virtual drive; it starts running automatically
and at some point will ask you which partition to install to. Be
sure to choose the second or empty partition. It will then
create a dual boot menu, allowing you a choice of booting
XP or Vista.

All right gotta ask. If I'm planning on dual booting with it why does one
not have to burn it to DVD? You lost me.
