That looks OK. Unfortunately, it doesn't rule out hardware issues, and it doesn't confirm them either.
The bell ringing during the delay could indicate that some item of software is aware of a problem. But I would expect to see some other events in System or Application event log that go along with that. Have we done a complete and thorough malware scan? Start with Ewido - install it, update it, then boot into safe mode and scan with it. Check that your AV is up to date and scan with that in safe mode as well.
