Basic consideration - Can you get an 'upgrade' from the 'stores' for less than the cost of paying Symantec for another year's subscription?
I've found that it's usually cheaper to get an upgrade than to get another years 'licence' on the currently installed version. The downside - you have to install a Symantec software upgrade! If your email stops working - try making the users windows account admin level, then reverting it to limited If that doesn't work - see the Symantec site - email not working has a whole 'fixit' package on their site JimB ----- Original Message ----- From: "Marc Sims" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Thursday, July 13, 2006 3:26 PM Subject: Re: Norton Systems Works Are you sure you have Norton System Works 2005 instead of NSW 2006 because NSW 2006 can not have expired that soon? The antivirus updates no longer works because of an expiration date (SO SOON?). Norton is offering a 2006 Upgrade. Does this probably mean that there will be no 2007 issued, or will the upgrade extend the upgrade portion to include the year 2007 -- ---------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, mailto: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Is your picture included in the Official Win-Home List Members Profiles Page? http://www.besteffort.com/winhome/Profiles.html If not, write to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] -- ---------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, mailto: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Is your picture included in the Official Win-Home List Members Profiles Page? http://www.besteffort.com/winhome/Profiles.html If not, write to: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
