No it isn't, The last time I had anything to do with Laser printers and
copiers there were around eight or so different ones.
The basic toner is generally a soft carbon/plastic/iron or some
combination of those materials. Some are magnetic, some have different
electrostatic charges applied to them and they have varying granule
sizes.

Even HP have used at least three toner variations across their range of
Laser printers. About the only thing that you can say is that the
toner may be the same across a range of similar models !

At the end of the day if you are not bothered about damaging your
printer and are prepared to clean up any mess that it may cause... Go
ahead and have a play. You may be lucky..... 8 to 1 says you won't
be !!
