First of all check that there really is a fan on there and if it is 
spinning !  A common fault is the fan sense (Yellow wire) goes O/c 
leading to the message CPU0 Fan error.

If you really need a fan, it would be safer just to buy a standard 
heatsink fan unit !  That way you will also get the phase change 
material that goes between the CPU and heatsink.
