I am using 2 KVM+S units and the sound is exactly the same as on the
single machine it is connected to.
However I must point out that one of my machines with on-board sound is
totally crap and I can't be bothered to install a separate card as I
only use it as a server.
No Drivers for KVM but make sure you boot each computer connected to the
speakers, mouse and keyboard.
