Yes, the driver is called Human Interface Devices.  Shows up under 
Devicer Manager.  Pls keep in mind, this is Win98se.  It installs 2 
for each, keyboard and mouse.  For the sound there's just an 
electronic switch, since it's the analog signal that is switched by 
the device.

Mabye I'll see if Amazon will take it back.  The total cost after 
rebate is not great, but just as a comment on bad design.

After the fact, I read some of the comments people left on Amazon.  
At least one guy said that sound was horrible.  Another that video 
switching is bad, if you're into hi-rez.
