The ISP's I've had all had UseNet servers,
sbcglobal, attbi, comcast and another couple
I don't remember at the moment. For the most
part I don't use the mail nor the news servers
of my isp. I get mail through 3 or 4 different
internet email sites and a website I have. I
get newsgroups through GigaNews. It makes
life easier if I change ISP's again. I've
had no trouble configuring Eudora to have
multiple pop and imap personalities
(Eudora 7.0.1.0 paid) and have half a dozen
different mailboxes for different addresses
all coming into Eudora. I use Agent 3.3 for
newsgroups and I can have multiple downloads
going from GigaNews simultaneously.
I've never used directway.
