I was using Nero to burn dvds of recorder tv shows. However, it took way too long. I tried and subsequently switched to Ulead's MovieFactory 5. It makes the dvd's in less than 1/3 of the time than Nero. Mostly because it can convert the mp3 files to vob files right the dvd. Nero transposes it to a folder on the hard drive and then to the dvd. Nero would take about 2 hours to convert a one hour show. Ulead will do it in less than 1/2 hour.

I also found that Ashampoo would write data files to a dvd much easier than nero's incd. I too hate incd. causes a lot of problems.
