Does anyone else on here have an MBNA credit card? If so, have you
been able to download statements recently? I haven't been able to
for the past three or four months, whereas it previously worked
fine. At first, I thought it was just technical issue with the site
and dismissed it.
Today, when I still couldn't d/l a statement, I called their tech
support. After spending about 45 mins. on the phone with them, I
still can't d/l a statement. It was a Tier 1 guy and he said he
would bump it up and someone from the next level would call me back.
I'm at a total loss as to what the problem is. I'm just wondering if
anyone else with an MBNA account has been having issues. TIA.
