Client presses Alt Print Screen and does not get the "active window" prin

but the whole screen as if Print Screen was pressed. Looking for possible
causes. At this point it is my understanding that this behavior is in all
apps not just Office 2003 SP2 or one of the Office apps such as Word.
I need to confirm status of the Alt Key on the keyboard and I'll learn mo
