This is actually a knowledgeable worker so it is either broken alt key (if
luck is with us) or some goofball registry foul up.

Client may be pressing Alt, releasing Alt, THEN pressing Print
Screen? :) I had one client doing the Alt key dance, until I
realized he was taking the command literally... press (not hold
down) the alt key and then press the [x] key.
