No!

The sad part is if you send them lots of emails,
or otherwise reduce their ability to do 'business',
or otherwise annoy them (perhaps by adding them to a list of unwanted
sources)
Then the authorities will assist them in suing you,
that is if the authorities don't just prosecute you themselves
