Hi,

Save the router config, & try another key, or turn off all security, just to see if it's any key or just your magic one. I guess you've looked for info on this. It would be unfortunate if the Dlink was simply objecting to your key!

Okay, just installed a Dlink DWL-G520 wifi nic in my GF's Win2k machine,
installed the latest driver from the Dlink website along with the WPA
supplicant from their site. I then setup the dlink wifi s/w to use my wpa-psk

with 39 random characters, punctuation and numbers. At which point the
software crashes with an error, restarting it gives the same error and it
won't run again with uninstalling/reinstalling it.
