I fell sorry for all the programmers who have to tailor their work
around both IE 7 RC1 and Vista but after all both will improve over time
just like a fine wine. Microsoft holds all of the cards on programming windows
and web standards of which almost all hardware and aoftware vendors use to
ensure that their software and hardware are compatible with IE7 and Vista.
Besides after all the products aren't in concret yet and its only beta. I ike
IE 7 RC1 so far with some of its major improvements except the Windows Ginuine
Advantage program.

With time just like maturing Wine it will improve for the better and then
some. ;)

=========================

While I'm glad that you're happy with it I sure was not.

I uninstalled it because the menus aren't very configurable.

Beware that this is still a beta. On my system I lost many of my IE6
customizations [reghacks] to remove unused menu items such as "For
Netscape Users" etc. but that's not all as somehow it completely
stripped from the recently released Forte Agent 4.0 the ability to
view HTMLs. The HTML code is still there but not displayed. I can
display the raw message & see all the HTML. If I copy & paste it into
Frontpage I can see the code & the message is displayed properly.
Also my small icons in Firefox no longer display at all. I pity all
the programmers that have to adapt their apps to work around IE7 &
shortly for Vista.
