300 watts.

Thanks for your help and suggestions, Wayne
Actually, buy.com has a 120Gig External that might be a better idea.
It's $49.99 after a $20 rebate.
Her computer must be older than I thought. The date code on the
existing HD (20 Gig....Wow!!..whatta whopper) is 02162, so that may
be of the 2002 variety.
Also, someone mentioned that the computer might only recognize
137Gig, so the 250 would be a waste in her computer.
However, searching for info on the Intel 810 chipset, I found that Intel
has an Application Accellerator which can be downloaded and used to
overcome that limitation. How? You gotta be kidding!!!
My wife's flying back from Calif tomorrow and I wanted to have the
new drive in for her. I didn't realize she was running only a 20 Gig
drive with only 3 Gig remaining. No wonder she's having problems and
slow downs <smile>.
Any further suggestions or comments welcome.....even the smart alec
ones <smile>.
Regards,
Jim
