Seriously, why are you looking for a WEB page at your loopback address?
(Wrong port?, Confused with the old CPU type?) hehehe
What " UI " are you trying to get to? (My router starts with 192. )
Are you (or your software, like an AV program) running any type
of proxy for e-mail, etc?

Anyone have any idea "where" the problem might be.
