Then one last follow up question.  I use Outlook on two seperate computers
(my desktop at home, and my laptop at work)  Does it make any difference
which one I do it on, or do I need to do it on both?  My laptop has a slower
connection as I access the net via a Cingular  PC Card.

Nope, it just gives you a "live" view of the mailbox. Once you create
the folder you can turn cached mode back on.
