When I opened the message, I found that Stephen Bird had written:

I can get to the page you listed above.
I can select MAIL or DOWNLOAD.
After I select COUNTRY (and I've tried two or three different locations) I
get this error.
"The page cannot be displayed"
NOTE: I have gone to IE6, Internet Options and deleted COOKIES, FILES
and HISTORY.
Still get the same error.
Any other suggestions? Would it be legal to get it from someone since it's
FREE?
