This is a bit OT but I remember the good ole days when I'd have a difficult time trying to go to sleep at night - so I began to pick up my Calculus book and start reading stuff. Talk about falling asleep quickly! Only problem was, when I really had to study Calculus for class I kept getting so sleepy (even in the mornings) that I'd doze off. Then I remembered something about Pavlov's Dogs and stopped my Cal-Book Sleep Program. You know what I discovered? Two Coors would do just as well? YMMV, Bruce
