Since it has to be installed it seems reasonable. Try the forum??

Nope~!  I found the file on my desktop and copied it to the appropriate
directory on the laptop, but it didn't show up when I opened Turbo Tax.

It seems like the file can't effectively be used on a different computer from
that which it was prepared.  That's just a hunch.  Make any sense to  you?
