I think this will help. (This will work if to the same account or a
different one)

Have replies to your messages sent to a different e-mail account
This feature is not available when using a Microsoft Exchange Server e-mail
account.

You can specify a different account to be used when a recipient sends a
reply to your message. For example, if you send a message and then go on
vacation to visit a friend, you can specify in Microsoft Outlook that
replies to your message be sent to your friend's account.

On the Tools menu, click E-mail Accounts.
Select View or change existing e-mail accounts, and then click Next.
In the list, click the e-mail account that you sent the message from, and
then click Change.
Click More Settings, and then, in the Reply E-mail box, type the e-mail
address of the account that you want replies sent to.
Note Make sure you change the Reply E-mail box when you no longer want
replies sent to an alternate account for new messages. Even after you make
the change, any replies to messages you sent with an alternate reply-to
address will still be sent to the other account.

Subject: Outlook 2003 and "Reply to"

A neighbor who uses Outlook 2003 under Win XP has a problem.

His email address is <username>@comcast.net and all his emails come through
with these two headers:

From: <username>@comcast.net
Reply-To: <username>@comcast.COM

He cannot find a place in OL to change this (apparently OL 2003 is quite
different from OL 2000 which I have).

Could someone please layout a solution that I can give him?

Thanks.
