I think this will help. (This will work if to the same account or a different one)
Have replies to your messages sent to a different e-mail account This feature is not available when using a Microsoft Exchange Server e-mail account. You can specify a different account to be used when a recipient sends a reply to your message. For example, if you send a message and then go on vacation to visit a friend, you can specify in Microsoft Outlook that replies to your message be sent to your friend's account. On the Tools menu, click E-mail Accounts. Select View or change existing e-mail accounts, and then click Next. In the list, click the e-mail account that you sent the message from, and then click Change. Click More Settings, and then, in the Reply E-mail box, type the e-mail address of the account that you want replies sent to. Note Make sure you change the Reply E-mail box when you no longer want replies sent to an alternate account for new messages.
