Tools/Email Accts, "View or change existing e-mail accounts", Next,
click on the email acct you want to view, click the Change button, a
window will pop up that says Name & Email address in the upper left &
that email address is the from then click the More Settings button in
the right hand corner another window pops up make sure that you're on
the General tab & at the bottom of that pane is Reply E-Mail which is
the same as Reply to:
From your description I have no idea which field is in error but in
any case who ever set the thing up which is normally the PC owner
probably typed .com when they meant .net in the Reply E-Mail field.
FWIW it's exactly the same way with Outlook 10 aka XP aka 2k2.
