I suspect Nightly Tester Tools was causing the app title weirdness as
it immediately fixed the issue without setting anything.
BTW
For those that haven't tried it, MR Tech Local Install rocks! Not
only did it allow me to install extensions that aren't officially
supported in FF2, in the process negating the need for Nightly tester
Tools and fixing the app title problem caused(?) by it, but it also
allowed me to uninstall the following extensions that are features of
MR Tech Local Install:
InstallTimeOut
Restart Tabbed
