Nothing definitive has been stated by Microsoft. We have no reason to
suspect that previous tradition will not continue - the latest versions of
Office and Windows desktop OS, 10 licenses each, have been included.
Failure to include them would be tantamount to discontinuing the program.

Now *which* version of Vista - *which* version of Office - is a more
interesting question. Business? Enterprise? Professional Plus? Ultimate?
That's very much up in the air.

The Action Pack is refreshed this month, then January, then April. I'd
think as Wayne does that April is more likely. January would be a pleasant
surprise. You can always wait until it can be confirmed and then start your
subscription. It only takes a couple weeks after ordering to get the
initial kit which includes everything.

Rehashing this thread from last month......

Have you all that have the Action Pack heard if it will include the final
releases of Vista and Office? I'm very inclined to subscribe to it for that
alone if so.

I did a Google and read in a few places that it probably will but I could
not find anything definitive.

Thanks
