I don't know if this is kosher to ask or not:
How do I recover my admin password?
I've forgotten the administrator password I assigned to my pc, & now cannot
logon except as one of my kids, and they don't have admin privileges. That's
ok for new work, but I can't install any new software, nor move or copy
existing files (but I can read them, edit them, and
save-as the edited documents!).
This is my own home pc, single unit, not networked; I assigned separate,
limited accounts/logins for my kids.
