Assuming you are using XP: Using XP Home, just boot into safe mode
and login with the Administrator account; unless you logged into it
in safe mode previously and assigned it a password, it doesn't have
one. Then just go to the control panel and reset the password for
your regular account.
IIRC, XP Pro isn't setup with that same Administrator account like
Home is (correct me if I'm wrong, please). But can't you log into
the Recovery console and delete or reset the password if it's not on
a domain? Been a while since I've had to do something like that.
