Our onliine sessions are interrupted by incoming calls and that is why I suspect we need a splitter on our alarm system, though hopefully one between where it calls out and the phone jack will do the trick otherwise it looks like a job for the telephone man. Jerry. I use ADT and they said I did not need a splitter, but each will probably be different and I have had no problem with any alarm testing. I use splitters on everything else including satellite though.
