Then it sounds like it should be chased upstream.  If Wx shells out to
"perl" or if installation instructions tell people to run 'cpan' from the
command line, then these are the things that don't play well with multiple
Perls.

I don't think it's fair to blame Strawberry Perl for conflicts beyond its
management of PATH on installation.  (Which is a legitimate issue that I
think Adam is planning to address when he migrates to an MSI installer.)
